    Nice Duplex Units, Unresponsive Management (But Great Super!)

    Decently new appliances and fixtures, individual wall AC/heat units, in-unit laundry/DW, spacious living room, lovely super
    Cons:
    BAD noise levels from BQE (and neighboring long-term construction), unresponsive management, constant rodent problems in front trash area
