Great, cozy apartments in a perfect quiet Williamsburg neighborhood
Pros
Landlord is a fixture in the community and lives onsite so is very responsive. Everyone in the building is very quiet and respectful, people mostly keep to themselves. Most if not all apartments have balconies and some of them even have a pretty decent view, but I'm not sure how much this has changed with all the construction in the neighborhood. Heat is included in rent. Nice rooftop that you have access to.
Cons
Units are a bit small for sure, especially the studios. This is a good place for people just starting out and who want to live alone, but if you're living with a partner, you're really going to be tripping over each other. Had to buy my own A/C to put in the window since the one already there didn't work and was blocked by my bed, but that's not a big deal.
Advice to the owners
Hold on to those longtime tenants that keep the building clean and quiet
