Overall it was great but I did wish I didn’t have acoustic ceiling tiles just for the aesthetics

Cheap for the neighborhood, good location
Cons:
Landlord wasn't responsive to issues, had work done on our place and it was left unfinished for weeks. No bathroom during that time
