    Just moved, good experience so far
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    I like the security features of the building: cameras, virtual doorman, clean, fob entry into building. Neighbors have been nice so far. Application process was easy and quick.
    Cons:
    Nothing bad yet
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t raise my rent too much please! I love living here.
