don't rent from katarina or marek!
Pros
the low rent (not anymore though they relisted it for 1k+ more and created a new "aparment unit" on streeteasy
Cons
- backyard is swarming with mosquitos and weeds and landlord does not maintain it at all! both bbq grills are rusted through and unusuable - pest problem (all kinds of pests) - communicating with katarina was a NIGHTMARE! she's possibly the most unprofessional and unhelpful person I've ever met. Marek is fine if you don't need anything but the second you need something fixed then he makes it your problem. - every year there would be a new issue. apartment is not maintained well

- great location - was a good rent price - w/d in unit - big backyard
Cons
- terrible landlord/management! katarina is so difficult to work with and the apartment keeps breaking down (in new and different ways) so you will constantly be having the worst time trying to get the landlord to help. - we have an ongoing pest infestation (roaches, mice) - water in shower only gets warm, not hot (this happened after a repair by the landlord) - appliances are breaking down and landlord makes it your job to fix everything (a/c was broken and landlord said to look on youtube)
