Amazing spot for PS132
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood and neighbors if you are into getting to know the community and staying long term. Especially good for family with young kids. The landlord is nice and considerate. I happily stayed for 13 years until my child grew and felt the need for a change.
Cons:
Old building and the heating situation and packages requires a little bit of tenant team work. It’s not a problem but you do need to be open to communication.
Advice to owner:
You know who I am and I hope you’re doing well :)
