    Great building, bad neighbors

    Pros:
    Honestly the perfect building other than loud neighbors. The family who owns the building is kind, responsible, and the best landlord you can find in nyc. Huge apartment, responsive landlord quiet street in a great location.
    Cons:
    New neighbors moved in this summer and are the loudest neighbors I’ve had in almost 15 years in nyc. It’s a family with a small child and a dog, which don’t belong in a top floor apartment of an old building. Constant noise from 8am/9-10pm every day, but quiet at night.

    Create space in yard, willing to pay extra!
