Nice place to live

Pros:
Never had pest issues, responsive landlord, repairmen always really kind and friendly, good location
Cons:
No buzzer system, have to go downstairs to receive packages. Have to take garbage outside to the curb on the right days before collection. If your window faces Graham, traffic is loud (personally I don’t mind street noise).

Pros:
Excellent location, high ceilings, true two bedroom
Cons:
NO BUZZER SYSTEM (you have to be here exactly when your packages arrive, and having no buzzer makes the building less secure), very low water pressure
Advice to owner:
Install a buzzer; it is so inconvenient and relatively unsafe not to have one
