Slumlord of a”landlord”

Nicely priced Tall ceilings Bright lighting / windows

Cons

The landlord is CHEAP Did not clean or paint prior to move in and refused to do so after the fact So cheap he insists on doing everything himself even though he’s not qualified and nothing ever gets permanently solved. He requires tenants to pay in cash (illegal) The building has not been inspected for 40 years (illegal) The mail is not sorted / a total shit show (illegal)
