Decades of Smoking INSIDE = horrible inescapable smell

Pros:
Great location, priced fairly
Cons:
Landlord allows tenants to smoke indoors - smell of 20+ years of smoking cigarettes & weed is inescapable and disgusting. Lots of family drama with landlord that they make your problem. A shame because it has so much potential but years of neglect & damage = roaches, pests, barely functioning locks, smoke stains & smells deep in walls & cabinets. Walls have literally yellowed & stained from decades of smoke - gross & smell never goes away with deep constant cleaning. Clothes & furniture all stunk from it..
Advice to owner:
Do not allow smoking indoors & keep family drama out of business.
