Great Building in prime east Williamsburg

Near a lot of good shops, music venues, etc. Renovated and modern design Only 2 units per floor

Cons

On a busy street corner, but if you're on a high floor noise isn't too bad

Fairly new building with new appliances. Split unit AC and heat. Laundry in the basement.

Cons

Needs to be cleaned more, gym and laundry room could use some TLC.
