Pros

The building is great and well maintained. The landlord does take care of the property.

Cons

Everyone in the building had issues with the landlord who created really stressful situations with the tenants. She would illegally try to deny legal roommates or make up reasons why she would keep the security deposit. The apartment wasn’t worth the stress.
