Flooding nightmare

Pros

Solid apartment. Good kitchen, big common spaces, bedrooms big enough. Good location.

Cons

First 6 months had persistent flooding that they continually failed to fix. Incompetent management/contractors. Had more flooding at the end of year lease from another source.

Advice to the owners

Fix the flooding.

Washer dryer would sometimes be broken. Elevator would break and it’s a pain if you live on 6th floor
