Renters approve of the building's owners
Landlords are the nicest couple - super responsive. Apartment is quite large for new york standards.
Bar downstairs is really loud and disruptive for sleeping, building is older so tends to have leaks and other issues that come along with an older unit.
Apartment could use some upgraded amenities and more consistent upkeep with painting, etc.
