Management is a nightmare
Pros
Jose the super is very responsive and maintains the building well.
Cons
Management is truly terrible. This year it’ll be better bc the landlord himself is moving back into the upper unit, but all last year the door to the building didn’t lock and we had homeless people doing drugs there, leaving us blood, trash, and creepy notes, banging on the doors at night. Management didn’t reply or respond and pretended they had no responsibility to provide us with a locking door. Ridiculous.
