The landlord is very nice and the price was quite reasonable. The landlord was very helpful when my hot water heater broke

Building is pretty quiet.

Landlord is delusional!!! Old man who lives in the building and “forgets” conversations you have with him to then take advantage of you in the long run. Things don’t get fixed, including heat.
