Completely under renovated - building is not up to code at all

Pros

Nice backyard but has rats and raccoons that the neighbors feed

Cons

Pipes have tape on them - constant leaks Black Mold Basement Floods often and the last one being sewage Miriam - landlord - completely unresponsive and doesn’t make any repairs Paint consistently peels because of moisture / humidity in apartment Water bugs / roaches The building is not up to code, illegal to be rented and needs to be guy renovated asap
