Generally great place to live, only concerned for the longevity of the
Pros
The building is in a great area, generally respected by the tenants in terms of neighborly behavior and the owner runs a restaurant downstairs so he is available
Cons
The trash tends to build up and if people are moving the garbage room is basically full until people clear it out, but they do have someone to take the trash out so it’s just a matter of waiting a couple days. While the owner is nearby and available he’s not the best communicator. And every now and then you have a neighbor that is really loud and has parties but you can expect that wherever you live I guess
Advice to the owners
 honestly please check the roof under where you built the deck, pretty sure it’s waterlogged and seeping through the walls on the top floor
