Art deco apartment with large size rooms, great location near subway 2 min away
Pros
Lots of windows and high ceilings in the apartment
Cons
No laundry in the building, no super in the building
Advice to the owners
Please put laundry machine in the building

Bittersweet
Pros
This building has some of the most beautiful pre-war apartments I've ever seen
Cons
It is very run down, poor upkeep, the heat was never on unless I asked, a lot of bugs, deteriorating walls/ceiling/floors, poor insulation
Advice to the owners
Hire someone to fix everything instead of trying to do it yourself
