Management would address things when pushed. Street noise not super loud (though cars sometimes can be quite loud) Can't hear neighbors within apartment at all Heat/Air conditioning works well
Cons:
Have to work to get management's attention. I got the sense they didn't really want to help a lot of the time. They did not thoroughly clean apartment pre move-in though it wasn't terrible Can hear loud buzz when people buzz up into building Not good sound isolation at all within apartments

Pros:
spacious apartments if used as one bedroom, nice patios/backyard, reasonable rent (until we moved out and they hiked it up)
Cons:
Extremely loud street plus thin walls within the building= lots of noise, management company that was rarely helpful (always telling us things weren’t their responsibility and putting the onus on us to contact maintenance person), appliances and bathroom fixtures always breaking down
