    It was perfect…. Landlord made us leave to charge $1000 more in monthly rent

    Pros:
    - Spacious rooms
    - good light throughout apartment
    - nice (though small) kitchen
    - fun rooftop access
    - responsive landlord, attentive to repair needs
    - electric included
    Cons:
    - when there was a water leak, they replaced the once aesthetically nice shower with an eyesore cheap readymade shower
    - little if any heat in the winter
    - interior stairs felt like they were falling apart
    - one bedroom had no window to the outside
    - floors were dirty
    Advice to owner:
    Register the apartment listings with the city. Remember it’s better to keep reliable tenants than chase after unreasonably high rent

    Overall really great spot, with a few small downsides

    Pros:
    Amazing backyard if you're on the first two floors. Very personable and responsive landlord. Excellent location. Solid soundproofing between units and ever between bedrooms.
    Cons:
    Very close to the BQE, as well as an exit-ramp and on-ramp, and a big intersection, AND a gas station, so the air quality is not great. Be aware if you are sensitive!
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the stairwell a bit more often...
