    You get what you pay for

    The apartment and room sizes are large. Friendly easy neighbors. Great neighborhood and safe Priced at a lower end. Property Management is accommodating and fast acting. Property Management is relaxed and easy going
    Cons:
    Old building with little upkeep or concern to Not well insulated or ventilated Maintenance is promptly but done cheaply and not well Needing new fixtures, windows and overall design Clean up “public space” Ongoing minor roach problem due to poor quality pipes

    Fix it up but fix it up with professional standards services
