Amazing apartment and location - well maintained
Landlord lives beneath you and is 80+ years old, she sadly seems like she may have some mental issues with interferes deeply with your living. Constant knocking on door, threats, memory loss issues, etc. Told us we couldn't have guests over or let anyone use the shower.
Stop renting this out and have someone live with your mom, she's too elderly to be alone.
