    Worst landlords ever

    Pros:
    Cool looking apartments
    Cons:
    No heat!!! The build has no insulation at ALL!!! The features that look cool like the I beams and metal features just make the apartment an actual refrigerator. The only heat is electric wall units so the tenants are responsible for heating and they are crazy expensive. The apts are only livable for the few good weather months. The bathrooms only have heated floors for you are forced to use space heater. The actual electric heaters are too weak for winter months and blow cold air. Run for the hills! They will do absolutely nothing to make these units livable.
    Advice to owner:
    Insulate the building and have it to code.
