    Overall pretty good, but be aware of some small things

    Pros:
    It's an older building but kept up pretty well. Maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly and management is pretty responsive.
    Cons:
    My two biggest things are the heat in the apartment and the water pressure and water temperature control. The heat only turns on when the building temperature reaches below 65 or something, but sometimes my individual apartment can be COLD without the heat turning on. Usually heat never turns on in the morning and only at night.

    Water temperature/pressure is also very unreliable. 9/10 showers I take there is some drastic change in temperature (i.e. gets very cold or very hot without me touching the knob). I think this is due to other people in the building taking showers around the same time but I've also showered in a lot of showers in my life--and there's usually no issue with temperature. When there are changes in temperature outside of your control, the water pressure usually lowers a little.

    Quiet little block, big unit, several windows
    Cons:
    Buzzer never worked, had a lot of bugs, and was always freezing in the winter
