Pros:
Big rooms, solid noise insulation. Large living room. Decent walk to the subway. Laundry next door.
Cons:
Hallways were not well maintained. No doorbell. Lived very closed to the projects. Loud music most of the spring/summer & fall. Laundry next door wasn’t great.
Landlord and his family are slumlords that are verbally abusing to their tenant’s and scam them of their security deposit. (I.e: They would get fake invoices from construction companies claiming expenses that were 3x the normal price. Charged us $800 to depose of a two seater. )
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming people out of their security deposit for personal gain.

Building is poorly managed

Pros:
Super is nice and knowledge
Cons:
Had mice problems for 5 months, there’s a large
animal living in the wall here that no one will take care of. Management is terrible about setting up appointments for maintenance. Have had heating issues and water issues
