A nightmare place
Former Tenant
Pros:
They wish they had any pros to it
Cons:
There is roaches and ants all over the place. The owner could care less for your requests. He answers the phone and as soon as he hears my voice he hangs up. He doesn’t care about the tenants
Advice to owner:
Stop being a landlord

Fine place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building was a good location and offered me an affordable little one bedroom on my own. One of the neighbors had been there a long time and was very kind and would take my packages in. Everything was well maintained. I appreciated that they came to the apartment when I needed to sign the lease — my current management company requires you to travel to their offices
Cons:
My bedroom faced the street and there were often large groups of people yelling and blasting music outside the building (not tenants), to the point that I regularly had to sleep in the living room.
Advice to owner:
Maybe brighter lights outside building to make it less desirable to hang out there
