Only 3 units in the building. Our unit was thoughtfully renovated with some nice touches. Quiet street. Responsive and helpful landlord.
Pre-war building so typical quirks that come with that. Inconsistent radiators, slanted stairs, some leaks in the building at points, etc. It’s what we expected in a space like this, but definitely inconvenient at points.
