Management response is subpar

Pros:
The neighborhood sits on a quiet road but a few blocks away is lively.
Cons:
Slow responses from management and rude staff. The heater is billed but during the winter it can run up to 300-400 extra each month. Management will give you the bill and they divide it between the properties so it is not just for your space but accumulation of all the space and you don’t really know if it’s correctly billed or if they just made a number up and billed you.
Advice to owner:
Please have heater bill from the electric company and display letter renters know.
