    Pros:
    Location, half a block to Morgan L. The hallways are kept clean and maintained.
    Cons:
    The street is dirty, the neighborhood is pretty loud.

    tall ceilings, super close to the L and fun shops, nothing particularly super bad about it. cool vibes and big living room
    Cons:
    black mold all over bathroom, walls are outrageously thin, room is super small, only one room has a heater, only one outlet in my room, no window or fan or smoke alarm in living room/kitchen. Heat bill seems suspicious as there is only one heater and the landlord is the one that charges us.
    Advice to owner:
    cheaper rent!
