Old Building, Constant Issues, Unresponsive Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
the location is convenient and offers easy access to local amenities
Cons:
The building is very old and unkept, and the landlord is extremely unresponsive. When repairs are finally made, they take an unreasonable amount of time. The landlord tends to hire the cheapest contractors, who only perform superficial fixes, which end up needing frequent attention. This constant cycle of temporary fixes and delays is incredibly frustrating, especially with such a lack of communication from the landlord
