Avoid if possible

Pros

Really clean unit, never saw any bugs and everything was mostly updated. Overall, interactions with people were pleasant

Cons

Had to break our lease and leave because there was a CO2 leak and they shut off gas and hot water with no timeline for when it would be back on. Had a good time living here, but our lives were put at risk by management who turned gas back on prematurely and caused a leak in the building. Instead of being apologetic, they sent tenants an email about how we were conspiring against them and trying to get the building shut down by calling 311.
