Had rats that were not addressed for months and they were in all of our apartments. Had to contact 311 a ridiculous amount of times to get them to come as the landlord did not mediate the issue. They had to go in the walls to get rid of them all and then for months the building smelled like decaying rats! Heat/AC works great but is super expensive Coakroaches galore - again another issue we had to beg for it to be addressed. Water was leaking through the ceiling lights when it rained heavy. No attempt to seal or patch and address mold buildup in the walls.
Advice to the owners
Do better.
