Pros:
Quiet area, very cute inside
Cons:
infested with roaches, above a deli and they don't clean the hallways, smells like grease. Had a mouse problem. Also had a leak from the upstairs tenants bathroom, when informed mgmt they hired someone to come fix who tore a 1 foot or larger hole in the bedroom ceiling, then left the open hole for months, roaches and bugs crawling out and could see them all in the pipes. It was unliveable for months.
