Gem in Williamsburg, but far from perfect

Pros

Very well-maintained building, lots of sunlight, incredible location.

Cons

Trash handling is a bit of a mess/unorganized and maintenance can be unresponsive at times (but that seems to be the case everywhere). Electric and gas bills are very high and flies and ants can be an issue in the summer

Good sunlight in living room, super was responsive, friendly, and great.

Cons

Owner/landlord jacked up the rent an absurd amount every opportunity he could. Rooms were small and not worth the price despite the location. Coned bills were higher than usual for NYC.
