    Great apartment in convenient building.

    Pros:
    I liked the size of the apartments in the building, the amenities were also good, roof access, space.
    Cons:
    Neighborhood was challenging when I lived there but I think that's improved at this point.
    Advice to owner:
    Definitely do a better review of the people renting, I left due to a not so great apartment share.
