There is nothing in particular I like about the building. Meets minimum requirements. Building tenants were nice.
It is really dirty in the entrance way and stairs. The floor of apartment is tilted. The apartment was filthy when we moved in after we were told it would be clean. You have to run cold water for a while before it gets cold. Occasional mouse.
Clean your building! It’s gross.
