Great family landlord
Pros
Very affordable, landlord is very responsive for major issues and very easy to work with.
Cons
It's an older building with smaller units, set your expectations appropriately.

Greg is a great landlord
Pros
It is not the biggest building but that makes it even better. There are only 5 units in the building and trash is in the parking lot attached. It’s in a great area really close to a lot of things yet it is not priced like the buildings all around the neighborhood. It also has utilities included. Can’t see myself wanting to leave any time soon.
Cons
Sometimes I catch a roach or two.
