    Pros:
    Nice interiors, clean and well lit, big windows
    Cons:
    Very thin windows, you can hear everything outside. Several very loud businesses next door

    Pros:
    - nice balconies in some units, new modern appliances
    - virtual doorman is great, great rooftop
    Cons:
    - management was not super responsive, some issues with appliances not being fixed quickly.
    - washer/dryer in the basement
    - duck meat factory next store that is always hauling stuff in the morning lol
    Advice to owner:
    - be more responsive and helpful to tenants
    - think about adding any amenities for this price point in a just ok area
