    Nice building in East williamsburg
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Relatively quiet building close to transport, coffee shops, restaurants and the train.
    Cons:
    Seems to have a water leak issue, but nothing huge.
    Many young residents that don’t recycle properly and leave garbage can lids open which can attract rodents.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the roof leak.

    Super clean, responsive super, pest control once a month, never hear neighbors, hallways are clean, huge space, lots of cute stuff nearby
    Cons:
    Rent was raised significantly
