    Pros:
    That it’s a true separate 2 bedroom apartment
    Cons:
    The ceiling leaks, there is no buzzer for the apartment, the building management doesn’t care at all that the hallways are gross and falling apart.
    Advice to owner:
    Just realize you’re taking advantage of your tenants.

    close to the L large bedroom decent price
    Cons:
    no buzzer dangerous stairs manager seems like they do not care at all
    Advice to owner:
    Give the building a buzzer, update the entrance and the stairs
