Horrible management company
Pros
That it’s a true separate 2 bedroom apartment
Cons
The ceiling leaks, there is no buzzer for the apartment, the building management doesn’t care at all that the hallways are gross and falling apart.
Advice to the owners
Just realize you’re taking advantage of your tenants.
