Leaky Bathroom Ceiling 🙃

Pros

Cute building, nice neighbors, great location

Cons

Water spot in the shower ceiling growing mold - no matter how many calls to look into it, get it fixed, figure out what’s going on, there was never a response. The super looked at it once and never addressed it, even after I followed up multiple times. I got sick because of the mold!

Advice to the owners

Respond to your tenants! Fix water damage!

Ok building if you don’t mind living above a bar

Pros

Good location near L train. Modern fixtures. Rooftop accessible.

Cons

Noise from the bar patio outside. Water pressure is ok. For some reason, the doors are super tall. Giant even! They fixed the hooks on them so it completely unreachable off you are under 7 feet tall.
