pretty ok building

Pros:
generally pretty quiet. very close to subway. good with pest control. not really sure who the landlord is though which is a bit odd
Cons:
landlord raise rent from 3900 to 4300 for a 3 bed 1 bath, which is way higher than neighborhood rate.
Advice to owner:
dont raise rent.

Pros:
Apt was newly renovated and no problems with heat/water.
Cons:
Owner was not responsive during move out process. His agents hounded me for rent for months after I moved out and paid my balance.
