Cons:
Unfortunately, building has poor insulation and it’s a major problem in the winter. Building remains cold and electric bill sky rockets.
Advice to owner:
Fix insulation!

Love being here!

Clean apartment, management has always been responsive, quick to fix issues. Amazing sunlight during the day.
Cons:
Windows don't seem to contain heat - our electricity bill is really high!
