Decent Apartment, great location

Good location with decent sized bedrooms.

Cons

Some things were a little old and had wear and tear. Sometimes landlord was slow to fix issues that arose

Not the best but worth the price

Pros

Affordable & rent stabilized. Friendly neighbors. Large roof. Large apartments. Location.

Cons

Management & maintenance responsiveness and ability to fix issues. Heat breaks often. Garbage is piled in the elevator to take down to the curb and often takes up ¾ of the elevator instead of doing 1 floor at a time. Elevator breaks for a day every months or two.
