Pros:
-robert, the unofficial doorman who lives in the basement, is always there to help you with your programs and greet you as you arrive or leave.
-live-in super
-elevator
Cons:
-tons of mice in our apartment, even though my roommates and I are relatively clean
-super doesn’t always answer the phone when you need him
-can be very noisy
