    Pros:
    Great location Back yard Good light
    Cons:
    The management company will not deal with anything no matter what. If there is an issue in the building that is not your fault it doesn’t matter you’re on your own.
    Advice to owner:
    Clean up your act!!!!!!!

    Cons:
    There is a loud warehouse business right next door that starts work very early
