Mismanagement and Lack of Transparency

None, Audit the managemnt company (Del-Mar management) if you are currently under their grip.
Cons:
As a former board member, I witnessed serious issues with transparency, finances, and favoritism. Requests for documents like stock certificates and rent rolls were ignored. Repairs are inconsistent, and some shareholders receive special treatment without board approval. I stepped down due to ethical concerns and still have full documentation. Future residents and buyers should proceed with caution and ask tough questions.

Ensure transparency, comply with shareholder rights, and stop selective enforcement. Treat all residents fairly.
