    Close to trains, lots of light
    Cons:
    Loud on the street, safety was an issue at night

    Super is nice and attentive

    Heard mice in the ceiling sometimes
    Some times front door lock was difficult
    No front door intercom
    Advice to owner:
    Change front door lock and add a doorbell/intercom
