Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 25 Bogart Street in Brooklyn highlight the building's convenient location near the L train stop and responsive management. The availability of two bathrooms for two rooms is appreciated by roommates. However, noise from trucks starting at 3 am and smoke from nearby restaurants can be disruptive, especially for front-facing units. The building's cleanliness and garbage management are rated well, but noise levels due to the neighboring warehouses remain a significant concern. Despite some flaws, residents praise the attentive landlords and well-maintained amenities, making it a desirable but noisy option in the area.

Loud but Good Value
Former Tenant

- Two bathrooms for two rooms great for roommates - Close to the L - Management is very responsive
Cons:
- Trucks will start to beep at 3am and will be very audible from the road side room - Smoke from the restaurant will mean the non-road side room cannot have window open
